Perhaps you are frequently head-hunted by one or more clients, i.e. when they have a new project in mind, they contact you for your availability. This is for you then, a DIY Agency.

Manage your own portfolio of clients, even hire personnel for assignments or put together whole teams and deliver an entire solution.

To the end client you are a freelancer thus maintaining their non-employer status. In addition, you are a repeat resource of known quality in the organisation due to your history and reputation with the client. There is no intensive search for a candidate, you are their first call.

  2. Link to or from your CV webpage in e.g. email footers
  3. Arrange your own client meetings direct
  4. Negotiate your own rate for the assignment
  5. Agree the terms & conditions that you want for the contract
  6. Inform the client that we are your management company
  7. We'll take care of the exchange of contracts
